•        You will receive an automated order confirmation email within 24 hours

•        Order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order

•        We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud

•        If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days

•        We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions

2.5 Payment Terms

Shadeleur accepts payments through authorized payment gateways including but not limited to UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are processed in INR and are subject to the terms of the respective payment service provider. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

2.6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Shadeleur website including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Shadeleur and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
