At Shadeleur, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery procedures, timelines, and guidelines. Please review this policy before placing your order.
3.1 Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow the following processing times before dispatch:
• Standard Orders: 1–3 business days
• Custom or Personalized Orders: 3–7 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
3.2 Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote and Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
• International Shipping: Currently unavailable; we ship within India only
Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistical constraints, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
3.3 Shipping Charges
All Orders Are Shipped To Your Place For Free!!
3.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order using this number on the courier partner's website or through our order tracking page. If you face any issues tracking your order, contact us at chiteshchaudhari4@gmail.com with your order ID.
3.5 Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to wrong address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept:
• The package will be returned to our warehouse
• Re-delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts
• If the order is unclaimed for more than 15 days, it will be restocked and no refund will be issued
3.6 Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit or goes missing:
• Report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
• Provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or product
• We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner within 3 business days
• Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund

3.7 Incorrect Address
Shadeleur is not responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing your order. Address changes after order placement are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.
3.8 Public Holidays and Peak Seasons
Delivery timelines may be extended during national holidays, festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas), and sale events. We will communicate any expected delays proactively via email or website notifications.
